Im s buyer and it appears that i was charged the ebay authentication fee
I recently purchased a pair of hoka tennis shoes...I haven't received them yet but that's not the issue. When I reviewed the add it had a charge for ebay shipping ebay authentication but yet in the main body of the ad it said the seller was offering free shipping. When I looked up what ebay authentication was it said the buyer is not charged for that
But looking at the details of my receipt it appears I was...how come
