I'm rather frustrated as a seller. Ripped off??
Hello!
A customer claims the item wasn't delivered (200+dollars) (insured). USPS says it was delivered. Tracking number says it was delivered to the correct address. To maintain my seller feedback, I've issued the refund though I'm now out of the cash from the sale. I also no longer have the item to resell. As a seller - is there no recourse??? This is very frustrating. Ebay AI tells me the case is closed. USPS will not reimburse. So do I treat this as an expensive learning experience to require signature for delivery?
Thanks for listening to me vent - I'm going to move forward now and be very suspicious of all other buyers. I feel like I've done all I can. Signature required on delivery now is mandatory.

Mentor5 months agoIf a buyer files an Item Not Received case, and tracking shows it was Delivered, and you printed the label from the information ebay sent you, what you do is respond to the case with the tracking number showing it was Delivered. You should then win the case. You should not have refunded the buyer.
