Ebay is so preferential to the buyer and allows for them to take advantage of the seller, manipulate the system and basically steal. If your store is charitable and not a business, it makes zero sense to spend money allowing for returns to everyone, it would make the charity lose money. Sad, but after a few really awful experiences with buyers who have zero feedback or experience, extort and use the system to get their money back, keep the item and leave slanderous feedback on an experienced seller of 24 years who clearly is not doing the things the 0 feedback person alleges.
There is no recourse, just ebay and the awful customer service people reading from a script that have no actual help to offer.
Guess I'm just another seller leaving ebay. Ebay does not value or care for their sellers.
