I'm new to accepting offers.

Question

Accepting offers is new to me and after I accepted the offer a box came up showing PAID. I clicked on it and now it shows that the customer has paid. Does it automatically have the customer pay when I accept the offer or do I need to cancel the order and redo it without clicking on the PAID button?

@denniscg007 It sounds like you might have marked the order as PAID by mistake.

I would contact the buyer and let them know that you made a mistake and need to cancel the sale, refund, and relist. I would select the reason problem with buyers address since you won't have the buyers address if you marked paid by mistake .

Relist by using sell similar from the drop down menu next to the item.

Then you wait for the buyer to pay again. Once they pay the item will be in your sold awaiting shipment section.
