did you find the listing on Craigslist or facebook. Is it a good deal? Too good to be true.
It is not true.
It is a scam. They are trying to steal your money.
Do not communicate with them. eBay doesn't work that way. If you want to buy a vehicle, find the vehicle in person. See it in person. See the clear title before giving anyone any money.
Don't use gift cards. Don't log into a different website to give up personal information or money. It's a scam.
