I purchased an item from the seller. It hasn’t been shipped out yet and I really wanna get this item but I know they would keep on getting the notification to ship out the item but I’m hoping I will get it.

@phiwill1445 Go to your Purchase History: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase Find the item and click on Order Details to view the estimated date of delivery.

When did you purchase the item? If it was after business hours on Friday, the seller would not have to ship the item until today, since ebay does not consider Saturdays, Sundays or postal holidays as Business days.

On the listing page in the right column there is a

Shipping: cost, service line See details click on the see details button, which opens a page with the shipping info including the sellers handling time.

Did you check the seller's feedback profile before buying from them? If not open the listing, scroll down until you see the seller's username in a large font and you will see some feedback comments, if above that it says the seller hasn't received any comments we need to know that. if that message isn't there and under the comments cick on See All Feedback, and on the page that opens look to the right above any comments for Switch back to Classic view and click on it. On the page that opens click on as a seller to see if they have any feedback, or if the last one was over a year ago let us know that.
