I'm having trouble editing my shipping and return policies after I made a bulk change to my listing.
I'm having trouble editing my shipping and return policies after I made a bulk change to my listing. I keep getting a message that I can't change anything because either an auction or an offer has been put on the item. I'm not doing auctions, and it seems not getting offers on those items because I'm not given the ability to counteroffer. It's like some of my items are floating in limbo. I want to just end and re-list them, but they have a good number of views and watchers.

Ok, that rules out your selling limit being the problem.
Are you still unable to edit?
I don't think the link you shared works for me. Can you tell me the exact message you are seeing when you try to edit?
Or share photos here, if you can share here, put them on google drive or similar and share the link.
I am also tagging my colleague @comics-scifi-collectibles as I will be offline quite a bit today.

What does it say your limits are here?

OP6 months agoThis is what I'm getting now. I try to go in to edit, but still unable to. Everything is greyed out and I can't make the suggested edits. Revise Listings

An outstanding Best Offer sent by you or a offer from the buyer will prevent you from revising the item.
Also, check to see if you have Auto offers enabled... the offer goes automatically without consulting you.

Are you trying to edit your policies by editing the listing? Or on the Business Policies page?

OP6 months agoThanks for the response.
I tried through the listings, but everything is locked when I try to change the policies.
I tried just deleting the policies on the Business Policies page for a fresh start, but it won't allow me to for the same reason.
I was thinking that maybe I did something when bulking the policies (i.e., grouped 2 conflicting policies together???).
I'll look into turning off automated offers and run through everything again. Idk, I feel like once this issue began, my shop went silent.

Don't delete all the policies, that makes things worse.
Do your listings have the Lock Icon? If so, that is a best offer.
If there is no lock icon, something else is happening.
I want you to try one thing, and that is doing a Bulk Edit, but not changing anything. Sometimes that fixes things.
1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) Check the box beside all listings (use the top box to select all)
3) Click "Edit Selected" from the drop-down list
Once Bulk Edit opens,
1) Select your items again, then
2) Bulk Edit
3) 4) --- don't change anything.
5) Apply
6) Submit All
7) Confirm and Submit
8 ) Done

Then check your Business Policies. - Rename any new policies (don't delete them, rename them)
