I'm having difficulty entering the redemption code on my ebay gift card.
When I enter the nine-digit code on the card I get an entry error code. I am certain that I have entered the code correctly. Please help.

Ebay gift cards have either a 13-digit number under a security coating that must be scraped off gently with the edge of a coin, or else a nine-digit code followed by a four digit code under a security coating.

Thank you so very much for your guidance and kindness for answering my post. It says to return to the retailer with card and receipt after copying. That's what I'll do and thank you again.
