So here i am pleading my case to the public. Will you guys please vote in my favor? I didn't So anything unjust, the card was not up to par, I'm sure any and everyone can understand where I'm coming from. Anyway. Mentor2 years ago@kboo_11 "voting" for you? I am not sure what you mean.
If your received a card that is not as described then return it for a full refund. The return request MUST be filed within 3 days of receipt for trading cards.
I am sorry that you had a bad seller. You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. This not only gets you a full refund but also goes on the sellers record.
Select the return item button on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item?id=4041
Doesn't match pictures or description.
4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/ask-ebay-to-step-in?id=4701
If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
See this link to the USPS website that shows which countries have delivery confirmation for 1st class international packages.

Mentor2 years ago@kboo_11 Sorry, I misunderstood your question. Are you receiving a message of some kind when you try to bid? Do you have two or more unpaid items in 12 months? If so the seller can block you.
Sellers also can block a buyer for any reason they wish.
For further assistance I recommend contacting customer service and have eBay take a look at your account.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Request a call back
