I'm frustrated with eBay.
After ordering, I noticed that the shipping address was wrong. I requested a refund because I had to get it from another country. At first, the seller asked me why and answered the question. However, since then, the seller has ignored and not read my chat. The refund request also failed to cancel after some time passed. There is a little time until the delivery date, but if it is not resolved before then, it will be sent to the wrong address, and I will not be able to return it and will not be able to receive a refund. I want to get help from eBay, but no matter which tab I choose, the refund request fails and all I get is the answer to return it after receiving it.
