I'm done with EBAY
The last few items I've ordered on EBay have not been what is advertised. This is terrible! I ordered a kit for $440 listed as NEW and received a box of junk used auto parts. And the seller says enter "that I ordered by mistake and they will gladly give me a refund". Items don't ship out for 2 weeks, sometimes don't come for two months, if they ever come at all. I had an item on order for 3 weeks and the sellers canceled it and said " "customer canceled order" I didn't cancel it! What the ?? There's no reason for Ebay now that everybody is selling online.

Mentor11 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. DO THIS NOW! Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
