I'm being harassed by a seller
I'm being harassed by a seller. I Purchased an item and did not get all the items pictured, so they asked me to start a return, using the "didn't like it" option (which is inaccurate), and I've received at least 4 email asking the same thing, even afer asking them to never contact me again.
Can I block the seller, or report them to ebay?
