I'm being charged insertion fees when I haven't reached any limits
I'm so confused and getting frustrated. I want to know why I was charged insertion fees - the past 16 its I've listed so I've stopped listing - when i haven't reached either selling or listing limits.
Of course I can't get in touch with any human

Mentor1 week agoWhen I click "View Listings" under your name in your original post, above,
I see you have subscribed to an eBay Store, but the store level is not indicated.
If you have a Starter-level store, you are limited to the same 250-free-listings-per-month that the rest of us non-store eBay sellers have. While we non-store eBay sellers are charged a 35 cent insertion fee for each listing after the free first 250 listings, eBay Starter store subscribers pay only 30 cents as the insertion fee for listing #251 and more.
In the next higher level store, the Basic level, you can list 1,000 items as fixed-price listings every month with no insertion fee. If you go over those 1,000 listings, your insertion fee is 25 cents.
It seems to me that eBay should have provided you with all the terms and conditions for the level of store that you've subscribed to.

Mentor1 week agoYou get 250 free listings per month.
When you list a Buy it Now, good until cancelled listing, that counts as 1 listing and when it renews each month, it counts as a new listing.
Since you currently have 288 listings, each time those relist automatically, you will be used against your 250 per month and anything over that will be charged.
It's not 250 new listings, when your current listings roll over, relist, those are counted against the 250.

I think you are confusing Listing fees with eBay's standard Final Value Fees (FVFs).
Insertion/Listing fees are charged as soon as you list an item if upgrades are used. They are charged for things like Bold text or Reserve prices on auctions, Sponsored listings... and are around .35¢ per listing.
A final Value Fee is charged when an item sells, and is charged on the full amount the buyer pays, Item cost, Shipping cost, Sales tax (if applicable) The fee in most categories is 13.25% . The link below tells you what the fees are per category and price ranges.
