I'm being charged additional shipping label fees after buyer paid for shipping.
Hello all,
New here, only 2nd week selling. I had a buyer make a counter offer and I accepted it. When I went to print the shipping label, I was being charged and additional $13.49 for the shipping label. I don't understand why? My research keeps talking about not having enough funds, but why would that apply to a Buyer paying shipping? Hoping you can help the new kid in town.

Mentor3 weeks agoBuyer only pays you the shipping amount you put in the listing. Then you pay the actual postage whether it turns out higher or lower. You need to find out why there was such a difference. You would have to post more details for us to try and help you figure it out.
