Mentor3 years agoSellers do not have to agree to cancel your purchase. If he will not agree to cancel, then he has to ship.
If the seller accepts returns, you can return it at your expense for any reason. If the item arrives after the estimated delivery date, you can return it at the seller’s expense as not as described.
How is he bullying you?

The seller is not being a bully. They just want you to follow the Ebay rules you agreed to when you purchased the item and in the user agreement. They are not obligated to let you out of your buyer responsibilities.
