I'm being blocked randomly from some auctions making it impossible to bid, was suggested I appeal

Question

I have an extensive impecable buying record with ebay and sellers have given me 5 star reviews for the most of my ebay transactions, but was having issues with my computer so was unable to get back to a seller that I had won the bid on, and she cancelled my item and placed a block on my bidding capability with ebay.

@rngrrose Not all sellers block buyers with unpaid items. It takes at least 2 unpaid items for sellers to be able to set the block in place.
