Why wouldn't you accept a return request???
You are a new Seller and Buyers target you for valuable items. You use the No returns accepted setting and if someone Requests a return that you decline or deny AND depending on the circumstances the Buyer can ask eBay to step in and the claim can be closed in the Buyer's favor AND they get to keep the item. YOU are forced to refund them in FULL.
You would also get a defect on your account
We see this a lot with the No returns accepted setting ...

Once you have accepted a return, you can not change it.
