I'm a Seller & paid for 2 shipping labels by accident

Question

Instead of paying $11.71 for one shipping label, I saw I hadn't calcuted the weight properly and started another. Bad idea! I requested a refund back around Aug. 20th but have heard nothing! I upgraded the shipping because the magazine was old and I wanted good feedback. Now I'm out $23.42 instead. Help! Beverly

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Find your label.
If it says: Cancelled, you've been refunded

If it says: Cancel Requested, USPS is still processing the refund.

If it says: Manifest, you need to cancel the label

Did you cancel the label here? If so, check the status. If there were any scans on the label then USPS will not cancel it. Track and manage your shipments
