I'm a seller. I keep geeting emails from "fast_99" telling me follow a link asking for a credit card

I just recently signed up on Ebay to begin selling again. I keep getting messages from my listed items from a "fast_99" telling me to past a link tin the search bar to verify my account for payouts. When I do this the link takes me to a page asking me to give credit card info for payouts.

My account is already linked to a bank acct so I don't know what this is?

When I click on the fast_99 it says the member is no longer active.

Does anyone know what this is or have you experienced this?

I don't want to neglect a step but this seems phishy to me.

That "member" was trying to scam you.
