I'm a seller
The buyer said did not receive the bag but I checked with the post office two weeks ago and they told me the package arrived on March 29th. what do I do?

Mentor4 months agoDid you use tracking? If so, what does the tracking show?
If the buyer files a Refund Request due to item not received, you will need to respond to the request with the tracking number and tracking information. If there is no tracking, the buyer's request will be found in their favor and you will need to refund the buyer.
