Illegal sales tax deduction
I have made multiple attempts to get my sales tax reimbursed on many purchases made though February and bitg March now and am still currently being charged for each and every one of them. The law clearly states that as an Ohio state residence that bullion and precious metal content over 50% content I not to be charges sales tax. Not only have I not been reimbursed im still being charged moving forward so there are even more items to be reimbursed now. This has cost me alot of money in sales tax, frustration, and a shortage of monies that could be used to invest in more bullion and coins. It is illegal and ebay doesn't seem concerned about fixing the issue instead they are stealing my money and holding. Im starting to wonder if I will even get it back without escalating it to higher authority or even legal motion. It would be really nice to get this issue figured out for the past and moving ahead other wise I'll have no other option than to use whatnot or other platforms for my purchases. This not only has restricted me from buying more it affects the cost of current purchasing due to the volatile increases with precious metal spot pricing. Looking for a solution to this matter ASAP.

Mentor6 months agoIf your state of OH does not charge sales tax on bullion and precious metals, the items have to be listed in the correct CATEGORY. What are some of the item numbers where you have been charged sales tax for those items?
