Iitem says delivered but is not

So I've got an email that says my item was delivered, it was a pair of headphones over the ear headphones. I'll email it has to order number they can't locate it nothing can locate the order number nowhere and I've tried to report it to you but I and I can't get through to nobody because it can't find the item to report it so who can I contact about this

Whether you purchased as a Guest intentionally or accidentally here is what we advise:

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
