If you purchase an item and open it then find out it’s a fake can you get your money back?
If you buy a seresto flea collar and open it and it is a fake can I return it for a refund? If I buy one and the serial number on the product is not from the manufacturer can I return it for a refund?

Yes, if the item is not as advertised, you can return it.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
