That means eBay is gonna send your item to someone else first to inspect it….. when do business do u invite someone else not involved in the process to be involved? They gonna have someone inspect the item but for my purposes the car companies have witnesses for those who sign the card or wear a jersey and is guaranteed by the card company so making me wait additional days for my item makes 0 cents I will be shopping elsewhere for higher dollar items
