if the buyer does not provide a return label, i need to ebay to step in

I have purchased an item that is counterfeit from China. the listing did not say that it was a counterfeit. they represented it in the listing as if it were an original Samsung Galaxy watch. I have contacted the seller, and they have accepted the return, but have not provided the return label. how do I get eBay to step in and help return the item to the seller, and get my refund

@sanjayp98 Find the item in your Purchases . Select See return details Select Ask eBay to step in and help . Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm .
