If the buyer asked to ship, a package to the different address, not the one in his Ebay, how can

The buyer asked me to send the package to the different address. The one he have it in Ebay I donâ€™t know how to do that I need help

Hi @shopthebest79 An eBay seller is required to ship to the address that's provided by the buyer at checkout. The advice that eBay suggests to a buyer when they fail to change the address during checkout is this: "Sellers generally canâ€™t change the shipping address that you provided at checkout. If they havenâ€™t yet sent the item, the best thing to do is to ask the seller to cancel the transaction, then repurchase the item with the correct shipping address." Note: When you cancel the transaction, be sure to use the "Problem with buyer's address" reason. There will not be a ding issued to your account or to the buyer's account.
