If someone bids and wins and i send item, then suddenly they say they didn't order it and dont want
If I sold an item, and suddenly the buyer says they don't want it and isn't sure why they bid on it, do I have to accept return?

Mentor1 year agoIf it is a remorse return and you see the option to decline, you do not have to accept. However, this is usually bad business, plus unless you have free returns the buyer will pay for the return cost. If you do accept do not refund until the item is back, and even then you can deduct any separate original shipping cost if you like.
