If my item comes worth missing parts. But the seller doesn’t offer free returns on the listing
If my item comes with missing parts. But the seller doesn’t offer free returns on the original listing, does seller still needs to pay for shipping?

Mentor3 years agoIf an item is "not as described" or "missing parts", that would qualify for eBay's money back guarantee which overrides the seller's stated policy and requires the seller to provide return shipping if the seller wants the item back. The seller does have the option to refund without a return.
