If My eBay Account Is Registered in Pakistan but Inventory Is Stored in a US Warehouse, Can I Use a US Item Location?
Hello, I’m currently living in Pakistan, and I have successfully created my buyer account on eBay.com. I’m planning to convert it to a seller account within the next few days.
I’m currently finalizing a fulfillment/prep arrangement with a warehouse in Texas, USA. Once everything is finalized, I plan to use that US warehouse to store and fulfill my inventory.
I have a few questions regarding item location:
I’m planning to have some products manufactured in China and sell them on eBay.com as generic/unbranded products. If I import those products from China and have them shipped directly to my Texas warehouse, where they will be stored as inventory and then shipped to customers from that Texas warehouse, would I be allowed to list the item location as United States / Texas on eBay?
Also, would using a US-based warehouse for storing and fulfilling my inventory meet eBay’s requirements for showing the item location as the USA, even though the products are manufactured in China?
I would appreciate it if you could clarify eBay’s policy regarding item location in this situation before I start listing.
