If my buyer purchased shipping cost, how do I purchase a shipping label using those funds?
My buyer purchased my product for $200 & paid additional $20 for shipping.
when I go to purchase the label for shipment it stating the only funds available to take from is $190 that’s going into my account. How do I use the $20 they paid additional? My buyer paid a total of $220 and only $190 of that is going into my account. Someone please explain this to me.

From the remaining $190, there is plenty of money to purchase the shipping label.
In columnar fashion:
+ 200 item
+ 20 shipping
-------
$ 220 gross
- 20 shipping label
- 30 fees
-------
$ 170 net
