If my buyer has purchased and item but I have not bought the shipping label, how can I change it
The buyer purchased a picture and wants me to sent just the art work (needle work) with out the frame to save on shipping.

Mentor2 years agoAfter packaging the item, entering the weight & dimensions, and printing out the shipping label, you can go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order, click the down-arrow, select Send refund, select a reason, enter an amount, submit.
