If I win the item in the auction at a low price, why do they want to manipulate the shipping price?

Mentor3 years agoSeller can not change the shipping after you have won. However, if you change your ship to address when checking out from the Zip Code used when bidding and calculated shipping is used, it will adjust the cost to the ship to Zip Code.
