Mentor3 years ago@silvertulip15 They may still leave negative feedback. However if you don't refund willingly and eBay has to force a refund then you get a Defect which hurts your account, you do not get your sellers fees back and the buyer may be allowed to keep the item if they have not already returned it.
Always get the item back before you refund ( if it's a not as described refund request)
Also since you are a Top Rated Seller negative feedback is sometimes removed automatically if you willingly refund the buyer.
