eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If you purchased a product on eBay and it was not as described in the listing, you have 30 days after delivery to open an Item Not as Described case. You would go to your Purchase History and find that item to open the case. If the item was defective, the Seller would need to pay return shipping. It is recommended you contact the Seller first to give them the chance to resolve things before you open the case. If you do open a case, the Seller is required to respond.
