Mentor1 year agoThat would depend on the reason for the return and the return policy in the listing.
In remorse returns (doesn't fit, change mind) you can withhold the original shipping cost.
If you have "free shipping" you cannot withhold anything.
If the buyer chooses a "not as described reason" Such as broken, doesn't work, etc, then the seller cannot withhold the original shipping .
