if customer buys 6 items and pays before i can send invoice how do i combine into one invoice

i had problems with ebay. i tried adding tracking number to all the orders but ebay told me that i had used a duplicate tracking number and rejected it

@grafcards Adding to my fellow mentor's excellent answer...

In order for the tracking to be applied to all items you need to select the items on this page>

Then select get shipping label from the top of the list.

Next screen it will ask if you want to combine, then you say yes. Adjust the package size and weight as needed.

For this order your only option so that you don't have cancel the order and start over is just mark the other items in the order as shipped. As long as they are all going to the same USER ID as @inceptions metioned, not just the same address.

Setting up a combined shipping rule would work well with your items so that the shipping is charged automatically. With calculated shipping rules it will combine the weight but not the package dimensions. If you choose a Flat rate rule then you can charge X for the first item and X for each additional.

Hi @grafcards

If your buyer purchased the items separately and checked out as a guest, you cannot combine those shipments. Each must be shipped separately with its own label.

Check the user IDs to see if there is a difference (often it's one digit or letter that is different so it's not always apparent at first glance).

Another situation that can cause your issue is that the packages may not all be going to the same address, so check that as well.
