Unless the seller is top-rated, the seller has little choice but to refund the buyer if the buyer files a "not as described" return and returns the item within thirty days. If the seller has not refunded within three business days of the tracking showing delivery back to the seller, check the status of your case and ask eBay to step in before eBay closes the case without a refund for inaction.
