If a seller has cheated authors out of royalties should he be allowed to sell on eBay?
This seller who now operates under the name booksinbulk ran a fishing tackle oriented book publishing company called Whitefish Press for years. After a while he stopped paying royalties to many authors, refuses to respond to their calls or emails and fails to give any accounting of book sales when they have asked for that. He is now selling new books by some of those authors on eBay. Why is he allowed to do this?
