If a buyer says something doesn’t fit, but it does, am I still forced to issue a refund?
I received a return message from a buyer on a stock extension for a Savage Rascal. I sent her messages on 3 different occasions, but she never responded. I finally accepted it because it was late. When it got here, it fit perfectly fine, and I don’t know what she is talking about. The item is something I’ve 3D printed and have sold 20+ others with no complaints and have recieved only positive reviews. Can I open a case to not refund her, or do I have to?

Mentor1 year agoThere is nothing you can do but refund her.
You do not have to refund the original shipping cost if the return was for "item does not fit"
There is no case to open. Just refund and move on to better sales.
