Mentor2 years ago@lilcottagechic I personally recommend you cancel a sale if a buyer asks. Cancel as buyer requested. ONLY sellers can cancel an order. Cancel is in the drop down menu next to the sold item.
Otherwise if you force the sale then the buyer might file a false return request that could end up costing you more money because you'd have to pay return shipping.
I would add the buyer to my blocked list.
