Identity theft and who do I go after to be compensated or Sue them

Okay so I ask about an incident may 22nd&23rd. The 22nd I had a buyer on eBay who was from Canada. He wanted to buy my listing at 450 with an additional 150$ to overnite it. So I was excited to get a lil more than asking price. So I went to send it and stopped at my mobile carrier and asked them to erase phone because I was selling it. They said okay. So I logged in apple ID and she did. Stuff and said it was all clear and when it came back on in an hour, it'd be back to new.
So the next day I am searching for a job and a notification of one my email accounts was on tik tok.lol, but I wasn't. By time I realized my iPhone I just had erased and sold I went to see my carrier account to see what was going on. He done erased my Apple ID, my carrier account and all Gmail accounts were gone and changed. He was. Basically me, using my FB accounts,tik Tok,PayPal and eBay accounts. He had access to everything and closed everything and deleted everything I had or owned.
I made PayPal qr code invoices and sent to fellow on eBay. PayPal sent me verification emails saying he paid and id receive the funds as soon as I send a tracking number from Fed ex. I did and right as walking out I actually saw on receipt it was only going 15 mins away to city next to me. Figured it maybe had to be checked or sent off from somewhere in that city. The 23rd, next day is when it hit me he lied to me and I just paid to send him my phone n accessories to a thief. Someone scammed me and did it well I think. He had complete control over all my stuff and I still don't know what all he has taken besides my identity and a phone with all my accounts,all my life on it. That scared me, as I knew it. Was identity theft. So PayPal won't honor their seller guarantee of anything, eBay said I never posted such an item, so I look like I'm lying. It's been 2 weeks and no help from anyone. I told eBay I was scammed and for how much and how she did it. Along with screenshots of his name and address,his emails to eBay saying I reposted item and never put ended or sold on other. I tried and emailed eBay. He put the post back up as he had the phone I made it with. He still holds my Google account and apple account. He made PayPal emails, and I believed it to be true. It wasn't and now No one wants to pay me,the kid stole my identity all my moneys,cryptos every pic my whole life. Because everyone knows your life is on your phone. Himpossesing the phone that has all my infos was in control,erasing my emails,taking every Gmail account. I have screenshot of original eBay posting,and this dude's email conversations with me n PayPal.
Now my legal question is who can I go after to be compensated for this. Compensation that exceeds the 600$ he apparently didn't send thru PayPal. I want to sue someone in this case, do I have one? Who do I go after? Is there attorneys that handle things like this? I've had my identity taken once before by my own friend, so him and his daughter could get into new apartment. He's since passed but never paid during the year he stayed there and I'm stuck with 6,7grand debt I didn't create. So my life's been sucky ever since. Can't get bank account can't be verified alot when asked for ss#. I want this guy to suffer consequences. He has all my knowledge about my entire life and I've been his puppet, while he pulls the strings and decides what gets sent and received and he clears n erased it. So he stole from me first off, then got my phone still on and working,apparently not cleared. I have just a lil proof, and I'm so frustrated and scared like vulnerable, and I don't get anything back?
So can I sue him or my carrier or PayPal for not believing me or eBay? I want to destroy his life now. Make his decisions have consequences, and Sue him for a pretty big compensation. Or someone. What can I do, please any advice or attorneys you know that would take this case in manatee county FL, under a "we don't get paid, until you do scenario as he's diminished any opportunity at help I might have got to, can't go anywhere cuz no gas $, no crypto accounts. My mother's slowly dying in front of me w cancer then made to my and now osteomalotis and neuropathy n I can't stand not being able to have her not work but she's gotta, because our home had a faulty circuits breaker and burned down 3 years ago, and insurance money to rebuild was taken by contractor as they disappeared and we lost all that money, and nice big beautiful home to a lil box house on crack road n hooker alley. Id love to get enough crypto o e day, so she don't have to work and get her and her partner a new big home paid, with mother in-law suite type house attached behind it for me with big garage and 40 years of tools I had from my and father's life. Will any attorney take a surefire shot and help me unruin my life and new social security number possibly,name maybe too,idk. But I wanna bury him debt and lose some of his scamming skills, and be in debt a long time. Will an Attorney take this and represent me. Thank you JT

Mentor2 years agoSorry you had this happen. Did you actually get paid by ebay for the phone? Or did you just ship it without ebay approval? Regardless, you were dealing with a crook so they are the ones you have to go after. You might also try going after the mobile carrier store whose job you relied on to erase your phone.
Best you can do now is file a police report and talk to an attorney about your ID theft repair.
