Idenfinite Suspension/Available Funds on hold.
How long will it take for eBay to pay me my available balance? My account is suspended indefinite. This has been this way for over two weeks now. My sellers account will not be reinstated. When am I expected to get my funds? My customers received my items yet I still haven't gotten paid.

Is Ebay holding your funds because you have not provided all of the required information necessary to register as a seller & sign into Managed Payments?

OP3 years agoHi! Thanks for your response.. I have been verified. The problem came about when I switched from a personal account to a business account. My business account/EIN number bank, all of the above was sent in and verified. I was allowed to sell my items, promote them too.. I had maybe over 50 plus orders in less than 48 hrs. They shut my sellers rights down saying they wanted to keep their community safe and I posed as a threat basically but they allowed me to promote my items and took fees for the promotions and their 13.5%.. They needed to re-verify my ID, bank statement..then they needed invoices of everything I purchased. They wanted to ensure my items were legit in which they were. I have a 100% rating. Been selling for over 5 years on and off. They will not respond to me about my account and they sent this via email stating they weren't anymore but they'll read my emails. Not business oriented at all....

typically, ebay will not give any other explanation other than what is on that message, but u can try to get more info this way>

OP3 years agoHey. Thank you for your response. I had sent all of my info needed for verification, they claim they couldn't find it. But when I called customer service, I spoke with Ed and he actually read all that I sent to them. I just want what's owed to me.
