ID VERIFICATION TROUBLESHOOTING
Im having difficulty with verifying my account. I’ve taken different pictures of my Texas ID, used pictures from my computer, different browsers, even used a Samsungy Galaxy instead of IPhone. Now my account is restricted and patois on hold. I don’t know what to do. Please if you have any suggestions I’ll try.

Your payout will be on hold for 30+ days since you are a new seller and you sold an expensive item.
Still, you need to resolve the ID issue by contacting customer service.
I suggest scanning both sides of your ID rather than taking a photo.

Scroll to the Bottom of the page
1) Click "Contact Us" or the ? then:
In the CHAT WINDOW
2) Type "payments"
3) Type "Agent"
4) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options" or type "Agent" a few more times
5) Click “Have Us Call You” (or "Chat with an Agent")
