- I don't see that the payment for this purchase ever being posted to my account. Can you research this for me, it was purchased around the end of August 2024.

Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting payment
If the item number is listed here, the buyer has not yet paid. You could have filed a Cancellation on day 5 for Buyer hasn't paid.
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
If the item number is listed here, you need to ship.
