You can actually block sellers when searching on eBay.

Use the Advanced search to the side of eBay's search button.

Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the "Sellers" section and use the droplist to "exclude" (rather than the default "include") sellers by name. When the search opens on eBay, save that search. When you pull up that saved search and change your keywords, the excluded sellers will still be remembered.
