I would like to return an item that wasn’t what I ordered if someone will give me the opportunity on
I ordered a blouse from this seller, she has been very nice. I told her it was not the blouse that I ordered. She apologized, saying I would get a full refund. When I tried to return that day. I wasn’t allowed to. NOW again, I an trying to return, told I could not. I try to do just what is asked of by eBay rules and it isn’t easy. Please be more understanding when anyone try’s over and over again to do anything. Thank you

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
