How can I change the personal message that is on all my packing slips?

Look under Orders > Awaiting Shipment > and Select "Print Packing Slip and More" from the dropdown. Look for the link that allows you to "Customize" the packing slip.
Once you click on the link, you should see the "Note for buyer" section. Check the box and add your note. Be sure to click on "Done" when you're finished.
Unchecking the "Note for buyer" box will prevent a customized note, or a personal note, from being printed on your packing slips.
