I won the auction. But seller canceled order...

Question

I won the auction. But the seller, without any consultation with me, canceled the order and returned the money, saying that the thing has damages (scrathes).
I believe my rights have been violated.
Maybe the damage to the goods is acceptable to me.
I want to get this damaged thing.
What shall I do:

Hi @lvitaly You cannot force the seller to sell it to you again after they cancelled and refunded.

By the way, eBay penalizes sellers for cancelling for that reason. They get a transaction defect against their seller performance; too many of those and they could lose their selling privileges.
