I won but i lost

Question

I bid $65 on an item with 15 seconds left. The bid was at $60 before my bid. The auction ended at $61 but then popped up that I did not win the auction. When I looked back at the bid history it shows my bid at $61 but does not show in purchases or given me an option to pay for the item. Any advice would help

Was it "Reserve not met"? If so, nobody won: your bid was less than the Reserve Price set by the seller before anyone bid. If not, what was the item number?

@edubs128 Refresh your browser page, then look at your purchase history and see if it shows up there. If you did win, it should. Otherwise you didn't win and it won't. I would even go so far as to log out and back into eBay to see if it updates. Not much else you can do though if you didn't win the item. Its possible the timing was off and you thought you had 15 seconds when you really didn't. But if its showing you as the highest bidder, you should have won it. But it sounds like the page isn't updating with the correct info, which is why I suggest refreshing or logout/login. Also check your time settings and make sure your device, time and time zone are set correctly.
