I won an item the i didn't get after i paid for it
So this ebay gave me the option to ask the community what they thought. So here it is. If you won an item, paid for it, and the seller never shipped it the delivery date came and went 4 days later after 3 attempts to correspond with the seller failed what would you do?

To politely answer your question: You file a Refund Request.
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

OP2 years agoWell I keep trying to click on "I didn't recieve it" and an oops message pops up saying we encountered a problem

What was the estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History?

OP2 years agoBought on the 13th delivery was supposed to be the 23rd. I just want my money back. Ebay says I have to wait till the 30th before they step in.
